Eligibility is determined solely by a licensed provider after your evaluation. In general, prescription treatment for weight management may be considered for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition. Meeting those numbers does not guarantee eligibility, and not everyone qualifies.

On the compounded tirzepatide program, the medication, provider review and coaching are bundled into one monthly price and the medication ships to you. On the Zepbound membership, the provider sends an FDA-approved prescription to the pharmacy you choose, you pay the pharmacy for the medication, and the membership covers your provider follow-ups, coaching and coordination.

No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an individual patient on a valid prescription. They do not go through the FDA approval process and may differ from commercially available FDA-approved products. Your provider will discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with you.

No membership or program fee is charged unless a licensed provider issues a prescription. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured only after approval; if treatment is not appropriate for you, the authorization is released. Provider visit fees apply to the evaluation itself. Because compounded medications are made for you, fees may be non-refundable once prescription processing has begun.

Yes. Every evaluation, prescription and dose change is made by an independently licensed healthcare provider. Clinical questions in the portal go straight to a provider. Your coach handles habits, nutrition, training and accountability, and connects you to your provider when a question is medical.

GLP-1 and GIP medications such as tirzepatide can cause nausea, constipation, diarrhea or stomach discomfort, especially during dose changes. Less common but serious risks have been reported, including pancreatitis and gallbladder problems. People with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 may not be eligible. Your provider reviews your history and discusses risks before anything is prescribed.

No. Suncoast Trim Clinic is self-pay only. That keeps pricing simple and means no claims, no prior authorizations and no surprise bills. Medication costs on the brand-name pathway are set by your pharmacy or manufacturer program.
