Nature of Services
Suncoast Trim Clinic, LLC (“STC”) is a self-pay telehealth facilitation and administrative support platform.
STC:
- Does not practice medicine
- Does not independently diagnose, treat, or prescribe
- Does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications
Medical services are provided solely by independently licensed healthcare providers.
Privacy rights related to PHI created or maintained by licensed providers are governed by HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Consumer Health Data (CHD)
Consumer Health Data (“CHD”) refers to personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an individual and relates to past, present, or future physical or mental health status, as defined under applicable state law.
This may include information you provide through:
- Website forms
- Scheduling tools
- Intake questionnaires
- Care coordination communications
Consumer Health Data does not include PHI processed exclusively by licensed providers under HIPAA.
We Do NOT Use Consumer Health Data For:
- Targeted advertising
- Cross-context behavioral advertising
- Sale of health data
- Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
We do not sell personal information or Consumer Health Data.
We do not share Consumer Health Data for advertising purposes.
