REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

Effective Date: September 22, 2025

Suncoast Trim Clinic offers a referral program to thank our members for sharing our services with friends and family. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • The referral program is open to current Suncoast Trim Clinic members in good standing.
  • Referrals must be new patients who have not previously received services from Suncoast Trim Clinic.
  • Employees, contractors, and medical providers affiliated with Suncoast Trim Clinic are not eligible to participate.

Referral Reward

  • When a referred friend completes their first paid membership cycle, both:
  • The referring member, and
  • The referred friend
    will each receive a     $25 account credit.
  • Credits are applied to the member’s account and may be used toward eligible services or membership fees at Suncoast Trim Clinic.

Credit Conditions

  • Referral credits:
  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or gift cards
  • Credits may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Credits expire if the referring member or referred patient is no longer an active member in good standing.

Referral Requirements

  • The referred individual must:
  • Sign up using the referral process approved by Suncoast Trim Clinic
  • Complete their first paid membership cycle without chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

Program Limitations

  • Suncoast Trim Clinic reserves the right to:
  • Review referrals for eligibility
  • Deny referral credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice

Legal Disclosures

  • Referral credits are void where prohibited by law.
  • Participation in the referral program does not guarantee continued availability of services.
  • Medical services remain subject to provider approval and applicable state regulations.
