How Our Care Model Works
Suncoast Trim Clinic provides administrative support and care coordination services for patients seeking physician-directed, medically guided weight management and metabolic health support.
Suncoast Trim Clinic provides administrative support and care coordination services for patients seeking physician-directed, medically guided weight management and metabolic health support.
Medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescribing are performed solely by independently licensed healthcare providers who exercise independent clinical judgment. If a prescription is issued, it is transmitted to a properly licensed pharmacy authorized to dispense in the patient’s state and shipped directly to the patient.
Suncoast Trim Clinic does not manufacture, dispense, store, or take possession of prescription medications.
Our Role
Suncoast Trim Clinic provides administrative support and care coordination services.
We do not practice medicine. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescribing are performed solely by independently licensed healthcare providers who exercise independent clinical judgment.
Participation in our program does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Independent Licensed Providers
Medical services are delivered by independently licensed healthcare providers. These providers are responsible for all clinical decision-making, including whether treatment is appropriate and whether a prescription should be issued.
Providers are licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of care. Specific provider participation may vary by state and may change over time.
How Prescriptions Work
A licensed provider determines whether prescription treatment is appropriate following an individualized medical evaluation.
• The provider issues a prescription based on independent clinical judgment.
• Not all patients qualify for prescription therapy.
• Treatment decisions are tailored to the patient’s medical history, goals, and clinical findings.
• Participation in the program does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Pharmacy Fulfillment
When a prescription is issued, it is transmitted to a properly licensed pharmacy authorized to dispense in the patient’s state. The dispensing pharmacy is selected based on patient location, licensure requirements, and fulfillment capabilities. Pharmacies prepare and ship medications directly to the patient.
Suncoast Trim Clinic does not operate a pharmacy, does not manufacture medications, and does not take possession of prescription products. Pharmacy participation may vary by state and may change over time.

Compounded Medications (When Applicable)
Certain treatment plans may involve compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Compounded medications may differ from commercially available FDA-approved products. Patients are encouraged to discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives with their licensed provider.
Brand-Name Prescription Pathway (When Applicable)
When a licensed provider prescribes an FDA-approved medication, patients may obtain the medication through a properly licensed dispensing pharmacy or authorized manufacturer fulfillment program, where applicable.
Pricing, eligibility, and shipping terms are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer program.
Suncoast Trim Clinic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Fees & Payment Structure
Membership fees cover administrative services, care coordination, and structured program support. Payment of membership or program fees does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescriptions are provided only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate following evaluation.
Depending on the treatment pathway, fees may be structured as:
• A recurring membership fee (e.g., every 28 days), or
• A bundled program fee that includes administrative services and medication coordination.
In bundled program structures where medication coordination is included, Suncoast Trim Clinic may facilitate payment to the dispensing pharmacy on behalf of the patient. Suncoast Trim Clinic does not control pharmacy pricing, inventory, or dispensing practices.
Payment of program fees does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Service Availability
Services are available only in states where participating healthcare providers are appropriately licensed and where pharmacy fulfillment is permitted by law. Provider and pharmacy participation may vary by state and may change over time based on regulatory, operational, or licensing considerations. Services may be modified or discontinued in certain jurisdictions to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
