Understanding Program Fees
Suncoast Trim Clinic operates as a self-pay, physician-directed telehealth facilitation platform.
We provide administrative coordination, provider access, and structured care support. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescribing are performed solely by independently licensed healthcare providers following a medical evaluation.
No membership or program fees are charged unless a licensed provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription.
Medical services are delivered by licensed providers. Suncoast Trim Clinic facilitates administrative and care coordination services.
Option 1: Brand-Name Prescription Pathway
If a licensed provider determines that an FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medication is medically appropriate, prescriptions are issued in accordance with manufacturer labeling and regulatory standards.
Concierge Support Membership
$129 every 28 days
Membership activates only after a prescription is issued.
This membership includes:
- Initial provider evaluation (if medically appropriate)
- Ongoing telehealth follow-up visits
- Secure intake processing
- Prescription coordination
- Ongoing communication facilitation
- Care plan support between visits
- Provider scheduling assistance
Medication costs are separate and are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer.
Suncoast Trim Clinic does not control pharmacy pricing, inventory, or manufacturer programs.
Option 2: Compounded Medication Pathway
If a licensed provider determines that a compounded medication is medically appropriate, total program costs may include:
- Telehealth coordination services
- Provider evaluation
- Compounded medication preparation and dispensing by a licensed compounding pharmacy
Compounded medications:
- Are not FDA-approved
- Are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription
- May differ from commercially available FDA-approved products
Program fees for compounded medications are charged only after:
- A medical evaluation is completed; and
- A prescription is issued.
Because compounded medications are custom-prepared for individual patients, fees may be non-refundable once prescription processing has begun.

We do not bill insurance.
Patients are responsible for applicable membership, program, and medication costs.
